Other programme variations include the "widescreen" format with a silver cover and a black and white version. While not uncommon in themselves, the crease- and fingerprint- prone nature of these programmes has ensured that mint copies are hard to find nowadays.
Cyberfest Cover
I am not aware of any philatelic items related to 2001 itself but things do occasionally turn up with the right credentials. This first day cover (above), signed by Arthur C. Clarke, was produced for Cyberfest in March 1997. The 1969 moon landing cover (below) has been embellished with a "moonscape" and signed by Robert McCall, artist responsible for those 2001 paintings (as used for the soundtrack cover above).

Original Artwork
Keepers of original artwork produced for 2001 (above and below) keep it well guarded, but artists such as Simon Atkinson (click) continue to help satisfy a demand for modern original pieces of professional standard.

2001 Scripts
Reproductions can be found of scripts purporting to be originals, though I am not clear about the authentication process used to prove that they really were used in shooting.
