30+ years. Time enough for comings and goings, for age to make its presence felt, for memories to brighten as they recede, for life's ups and downs to fall into place. Well, the ones that have already happened, at any rate.

Here are a few of the men who created twenty minutes of cinema that have become part of the memory that each of us carries.

They came together once more on May 26, 2002, at the London Zoo, where much of their homework was done for "2001: A Space Odyssey".
